Well folks you'll be pleased to know i got the HD videos working on XP, but only in Nero (they don't look good in Media Player 11). I got the H.264 codec from the Microsoft Website (free).
just one quite obvious question, i cannot seem to find where the "time remaining" is on the Zi6, to tell me how much recording time i have left on my SD card !!! - surely there must be a "time remaining" feature, every camcorder (whether SD, DV or Hi8 has a timer!) ????
